Xavier
In a small town in Ecuador, a young dreamer found his passion for horses. Though he didn’t come from a riding family, his love for these animals turned into a career. After school, he traveled to Argentina, where he spent four years learning dressage. There, he embraced rational training, which prioritizes respect and connection with horses.
He returned to Ecuador to apply his skills, then continued his learning in Brazil, studying jumping and horse management techniques. His journey later led him to Mexico, where his mentor helped him understand the importance of emotional bonds with horses. Today, he helps riders and horses connect deeply, proving that passion and dedication can make dreams a reality.
Jen
Hi, I’m Jennifer Dichero, but my friends call me “Jen”. I’m a proud Texan from East Texas, where I grew up around horses. My love for them started with riding my neighbor’s pony, and at around 8 or 9, I got my first pony, Comet. Seeing my passion, my mom bought me my first big horse, Molly, and from then on, I competed in every rodeo I could. I honed my skills with world champion Martha Josey and later joined the rodeo team at NTCC. Now, as a mom, I coach my daughters in rodeo events, and horses continue to be a central part of my life and passion.
